What we collect

The site collects no personal data by default. Analytics run cookieless via Plausible and produce aggregate counts only. If you submit the contact form, we process the name, email address, and message you provide, solely to reply. If you allow Calendly cookies on the Contact page, Calendly processes scheduling data under its own terms.

• Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ). Cookieless, aggregate site analytics. No personal data, no cookies, no fingerprinting. DPA
• Calendly (Calendly LLC). Scheduling. Sets functional cookies only after you allow them on the Contact page. DPA
• Resend (Resend, Inc.). Server-side delivery of contact-form submissions (EU region). Processes the name, email, and message you submit. DPA
• Vercel (Vercel Inc.). Hosting (EU region). Processes server logs including IP addresses for operation and abuse prevention. DPA

Your rights

Under GDPR Articles 12–22 you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Email mak@modern-miracle.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local supervisory authority.

Retention

Contact-form submissions are retained in the recipient mailbox for as long as the conversation they opened remains active, then deleted on periodic review.
