Who can refer.
Any individual or entity:
- Independent consultants.
- Ex-colleagues.
- Ecosystem partners.
- Agencies.
- Investors and advisors.
What qualifies.
A referral qualifies when all four are true:
- 1. Named warm introduction made.
- 2. Registered with MM within 7 days.
- 3. MM had not previously engaged the prospect.
- 4. Conversion within 6 months of introduction.
Commission rates.
Tier 2 — Co-pitch through signature (15%)
15% of first invoice
Introducer participates in discovery / scoping calls, helps MM understand the buyer context, stays involved through SoW signature
€15,000 cap per closed engagement. 6-month referral validity.
Commission rates pending founder ratification.
Payment terms.
30 days from receipt of buyer's first payment to MM.
Paid in EUR via SEPA, Wise, or wire transfer.
Introducer issues an invoice referencing the registered referral and the buyer's first MM invoice number.
